Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Changes to project scope may result in revised pricing and timelines, agreed in writing before work proceeds.
4. Payment
Projects typically require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may delay delivery or support.
5. Delivery and Revisions
Delivery timelines are provided in good faith. Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions within the agreed scope. Major changes may be quoted separately.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. XpertDevs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
XpertDevs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We do not guarantee specific business results.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
